I've been coming here for several months now after work. The wait time isn't normally too bad (I've gotten in immediately before) unless you need to wait for a specific stylist(Had a 45 minute wait). Overall I think i probably averaged 10-15 minutes of waiting. I've had multiple stylist and they all have done pretty well. Although I have gotten 2 haircuts from Heidi a few months apart from each other and both times have been the best experiences by far. I've never gotten as many compliments on my hair as I have when she cut it. She is now my preferred stylist hands down.
